At this time, we are fully leased. All five lofts have active leases. The earliest a lease will come up for renewal is July 2026, and it is possible the current tenants will renew their lease agreements. It is also possible availability will change, and an opening might come up sooner. Please contact us if you’d like to be notified if/when a loft becomes available for rent.
